Refunds
At publication, Spokeshave does not sell a product on this site: the library is free. If a paid product is offered later, this page governs refunds.
An eligible purchase may be refunded in full within 30 days of the purchase date. A reason is not required. Requests are made by email only.
How to ask
- Write to [email protected] with the subject line Refund.
- Include the email address used at purchase, the date, and a receipt if one exists.
- The desk replies on business days in Brasil.
The time until the amount appears on a statement depends on the bank or card issuer, not on Spokeshave alone. Chargebacks and statutory rights in the purchaser's country remain available; this 30-day window does not replace them.
Digital goods already fully delivered may still be refunded inside the 30 days described here, unless a specific product page states a narrower rule required by the payment processor. Last reviewed 2026-10-29.
